About DON'T MEAN A THING
What if you finally took the lead, but life refused to follow?
Thirty-year-old introvert, Macie Harman, has finally found a career she is passionate about, and after months of training, she’s begun her new job in the Royal Australian Air Force. Leaving behind her family, friends, and the life she knew, Macie has travelled to the other side of the country where the only person she knows is Rachael, the extroverted girl she went through basic training with. Everywhere Macie goes, Rachael is there too.
While looking for a way to widen her circle of friends in her new town, Macie discovers a local swing dancing class. The jazz music captures her heart, and Matt, the sexy swing dancer, sweeps her off her feet. Matt has claimed the tropical Northern Territory as home and has no plans to leave. He loves his teaching career with its predictable routine and has a great bunch of friends. All he wants now is the right girl to make his house a home.
Military life is tougher than Macie expected, and not everyone can deal with the inevitable separations and last minute changes. Is this exciting but unpredictable life something Macie wants to fight for, or could she give it up and put down roots with Matt?

LOVE ONBOARD! CUPID’S CARIBBEAN CRUISE sets sail on February 1, 2017!
Love Onboard: Cupid's Caribbean Cruise. . . . Waves of New Contemporary Romance stories are coming from some of your favorite romance authors, all set aboard a Valentine’s singles cruise.
Too Fast for Love by Lilly Christine - Race Car Driver Luke Devlin’s anger issues bring him to a screeching stop, but Love Expert Lacey Lipinski has the keys to help him recalibrate. Can a cruise ship fling survive life in the fast lane?
When not hunched over her laptop dreaming up strong female leads in sassy dialogue with dashing male counterparts, Lilly Christine can be found hiking and down-dogging with her two dogs and one cat. In addition to reading, she enjoys several outdoor activities including riding horses, gardening, and biking.
Just One Look by Deb Julienne - On a secret mission for her father, Diana Clay aka ‘Diana Tolliver’ finds herself alone on a singles cruise. She befriends a passenger and they play a game...date for a cruise. Each must pick out the others date for the duration of the cruise. Between her research on the ship and her new “boyfriend” she has her hands full.
USA Today and Amazon Bestselling Author Deb Julienne has penned multiple romantic comedy and western novels and anthologies. While some say truth is stranger than fiction, her experiences run more along the lines of a slapstick comedy. She makes her own Limoncello...enough said. After the day job, she loves to play in the kitchen concocting award-winning jams, jellies, preserves, and sauces (with alcohol of course). Born and raised in San Jose, California, she now resides in her own little bit of heaven in the Sierra Tahoe National Forest Basin, with her husband of 35 years, their three sons and one daughter, and five very precious grandchildren with number six on the way.
Pirated Pixie by Shea McMaster - Irene Lundquist has no plans for romance while on the cruise with her jilted best friend and his groomsmen. She's surprised when Dutch Marshal’s good looks and charm do nothing to help her relax, and everything to steal her heart. For Dutch, things get complicated when the best man in charge of the group plans is a gorgeous pixie-sized redhead woman who lights his fire. Can either of them make it through the singles cruise and remain single, or will they get the happily ever after neither of them was looking for?
Shea McMaster lives for traditional romance. Born in New Orleans, raised in California, Shea got moved to Alaska in 1977, where she attended high school before running back to California to get her English degree from Mills College. Alas, once back home she met and fell in love with her own forever true hero, a born and raised Alaska man. Since then she’s had a love-hate relationship with America’s largest state. With her one and only son grown and on his own, Shea is fortunate to spend her days playing with the furry child, and engaged in daydreaming, turning those dreams into romantic novels and novellas featuring damsels in distress rescued by their own brains and hunky heroes. She also writes under the steamy romances under the name Morgan O’Reilly.
Healing Hearts by Michele Shriver - After a bitter divorce and custody battle, Taryn Bradfield’s best friend books her on a singles cruise, where she meets Makai Grant, an airline pilot burnt out on love. Sailing the Caribbean, Taryn and Makai find healing and passion in each other’s arms, but too soon, the ship returns to port. Was it a vacation fling, or the start of something more?
Michele Shriver is a National and International best-selling author of women’s fiction and contemporary romance. Her books feature flawed-but-likeable characters in real-life settings. She’s not afraid to break the rules, but never stops believing in happily ever after. Michele counts among her favorite things a good glass of wine, a hockey game, and a sweet and sexy book boyfriend, not necessarily in that order.
Cinderella at Sea by Ellen Wilder - When girl next door Manda Reilly discovers hero country singer Hunter Cross is onboard her singles cruise, Manda finds herself indulging in the exotic. Hunter’s heroism goes more than skin-deep. Can the man she’s known forever really be her one true love?
Ellen Wilder was born and raised in Indiana. She is happily married to her husband of five years and enjoys raising their two girls and one boy in the house where she grew up. They have a border collie/corgi mix named Loki.
Her parents started reading to Ellen and her siblings at a very young age. They quickly tired of books for younger children and turned to chapter books like Tarzan, The Hobbit, and Lord of the Rings forging Ellen's love for reading.
Ellen started writing in Junior High with an assignment from her computer writing teacher. Her first attempt at a modern day Old Yeller crossover with NYPD Blue was "awful", but that didn't stop the inspiration from flowing. Ellen now writes contemporary romance novels with a realistic twist to them. If you’re looking for fairy tales, you won’t find them here as her characters deal with real life issues. She loves helping people with their writing, paying forward the help that she has received allowing her to be where she is today.

2016 Summer Indie Book Awards!
The cold of winter is setting in, at least for those of us in the northern Hemisphere of the world. But we at Metamorph Publishing aren’t letting that get us down! We’re already looking forward to a sizzling summer, and we’re here to announce our first annual Indie Book Awards! You heard that right, a summer book awards! The event officially begins on January 1st of each year, and nominations will be accepted through midnight CST on August 31st each year. Voting will begin on September 1st and end on September 10th each year.
“What’s the big deal,” you ask? “There are all kinds of contests out there.” And you’re right, there are hundreds, probably thousands of book awards. But many of them are only for unpublished authors, or authors who only write in certain narrow genres, or for authors who have never published before in a particular genre. Plus, there are plenty of them that charge an entry fee, some of which are prohibitive to authors who publish independently, without the backing of a large and powerful publishing house.
So, we’re hoping to do something different with the Summer Indie Book Awards! Entry is free, and nominations will be accepted from any indie or small-press author, regardless of their current published or non-published state, or what genre they write in. We are accepting donations of print or e-books, author swag or novelty items (bookmarks, pens, keychains, etc.), but donation is not required for nomination. We’re taking nominations from authors as well as from readers, and authors can nominate their own books; we only ask that authors who do so also nominate a fellow indie author. Nominations can be made using this form: http://goo.gl/forms/T1L8sQJGVx, while donations can be made at: http://goo.gl/forms/6DkAK4MeqI.
Feel free to join up with the event on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/events/1099924726693772, and like the official Facebook page of the Summer Indie Book Awards at https://www.facebook.com/summerindiebookawards. You can also sign up for the newsletter at: http://eepurl.com/bL43cf so you can stay up to date with all the latest news! In the pinned post of the Facebook event, you’ll find these links, along with links to a Google Drive folder where you can look and see who’s already been nominated! And any author who is nominated will have access to an official contest nominee badge, that they can use on their book covers or any promotional media, if they so desire.
Winners in each genre will receive a prize (hopefully we’ll get enough donations for this), beginning with the 1st place winners. If we get enough prizes donated, we’ll go next to 2nd place winners, and then to 3rd place. Regardless of the prizes, winners will get a high-quality winner badge, stating their place and the genre of the book. These will be of high enough resolution for authors to use on their print books, if they want to!
But it’s not only the winners that will benefit from the Summer Indie Book Awards! All nominated authors will have the potential to reach hundreds, if not more, of new readers (readers often have a preferred genre, and while they’re voting for their favorite author, will come across others they may not have tried yet), and reach a huge new audience through the social media forums! And best of all, it’s meant to have fun, to reach out and network with other authors, potentially forming long-lasting relationships. And readers will benefit from having a wealth of new books in front of them, as well as a vast amount of new stories to immerse themselves in.
Though we’re using Facebook and other social media as a platform to reach more authors and readers, none of these social media outlets are affiliated with the awards. They are hosted strictly by Metamorph Publishing.

This is my longest review yet, because I have so much to cover in this story.
I want to start off with a quote from the book that brought me to tears....
"Stolen moments. Sometimes you have to steal from the clock a bit. A quick hug on your way out the door. A cup of coffee in the wee hours of the morning after you have calmed a colicky baby. Maybe sometimes even scrawled 'I love you' taped to the fridge. Those are stolen moments, honey. And you'll find they save a heart as much or more than a dozen roses or a diamond ring."
Wow, no truer words were ever spoken.....
What an awesome title to an awesome read. I read this book in less than twenty-four hours and it has taken me that long to compose my thoughts, let the story sink in, and find the right words to write this review.
This story captured my heart and soul. This author has a real knack for bring forth real characters and real scenarios to her stories, which includes parts of her real life happenings. This author really outdone herself this time with this story, and has not only written an award winning story but it has a wonderful message that I find I want to add to my life too. She has brought forth some feelers that I was not expecting in this story. I went from laughing one minute to crying the next. All the events that happened has left part of my heart and soul within its pages.
I could really relate to this character in so many ways. Ari was a strong character. She had to learn to take care of herself at an early age. I felt a real connection with her and my heart broke every time a wall was put up in front of her.
I admit, I was never pregnant but I was physically, mentally, and emotionally abused all of my life, until recently that is. I also felt as if I was not loved and was constantly scared to to do anything because I was afraid that I would get hurt. It happened....I got hurt a lot and told I wouldn't amount to anything or I would never be able to live a life on my own. I also was shunned and disowned by my own family. I have not talked to any of them in twenty plus years. So, just like this character, I proved them wrong, kept myself to myself, and shut out the world and didn't trust a single person. I had a bubble around me so no one could get in. I was always alone and thought no one even cared. Well, it took some coaxing from others and they proved to me that there really people out there who cared. So, I sympathize with this character deeply. I also, just like Ari, have people I call family who aren't even blood.
They are a strange and awesome bunch of people that are made up of blood and not blood members. I love how they all care and respect one another and there when something happens, whether it be in the family or someone outside the family.
This was quite the twist to the story. I love how the author brought forth their story and twisted with the Vitalli's story and I am very excited to read more about them.
He is a kind and compassionate character with his own problems that he has trouble solving. He has a big heart and cares deeply for his family.
This story had some un-expecting turn of events. This story made me laugh and cry all in the same page at times. This author has a magical gift that few authors can duplicate. I will always be a fan of this author's style of writing and I can't wait to see who we meet next. I will always cherish this story for years to come.
I highly recommend this story to all romance lovers who also love more than just a story, but one with real life events from a real life author.
The author provided me with a digital ARC copy of the book for review purposes only. No remuneration was exchanged.
I LOVE Trevor & Ari! They're both doctors, although he's just out of the military & is aspiring to be a conservation officer (what a switch!!). They have had very different family experiences, and Trevor helps Arianna to discover the true meaning of family. The relationship is a bit of insta-love, but they still have struggles going on through the story. You can feel how much they enjoy each other right from the first meeting, tho, and I really enjoy their BANTER! Banter's my favorite. : )
The file I read had some editing issues, which should be fixed & newly uploaded soon. The story is worth that hiccup, though - at least it was for me!! : )

Please welcome Kym Young as my new PA! She's doing pimping and promoting for me! (The stuff that gives me headaches and breaks my creativity!)
I'm hoping this will help so that I don't lose my momentum for Book 3! I don't want another year long break between Book 2 and 3 like I did between 1 and 2.
Well, book two is with my beta readers! Hopefully, they love it and there's not many changes. Ha Ha! I'm sure there will be some. This one is a bit on the different side then my last book. Less angst and mental health issues, although they do come up occasionally.
I started working on Book 3 The Broken Road. This is Blake and Lindsay's book. They're best friends and have been since they were little kids. Their relationship is going to be on the fun side! There will still be issues of course. Lindsay has an on again/off again boyfriend named Charlie, who will get in the way of their relationship.
I hope to have The Broken Road available toward the end of August, but we'll see how it goes.
I have a couple of new collages as swag that will be here soon! Can't wait to send them to my fans.

He fought the grimace as he attempted to walk normally.
She clasped his arm. The jolt hit her again. It felt good.
Did he feel it too?
“Why don’t we sit down? I have a few minutes before I have to go back to work. That was a long session for someone in recovery.”
“I’m fine.” Trevor leaned on his cane. “I promise I’ll spend the next three hours resting it while I play computer games.” He winked at her.
Arianna laughed. “In your parent’s basement?”
“Ouch. No, I have my own apartment.” An amused look crossed his face. “Besides, my Dad held secret meetings in the basement with multiple people coming and going at all hours of the night. So who’d want to spend time there?”
“Right.” She rolled her eyes. “I bet. There are skulls in the closet and a graveyard out back, right?”
“So you’ve been to my parent’s house?” Trevor grinned.
My new book is currently available for pre-order! Check it out today. It will be release on June 28th, 2016.
Check out my book page for pre-order link.
Watch for other pre-orders coming soon. If all goes well, I'll have two more full length novels released this year and a novella in an anthology.
